Wonderful experience! From the time I walked in to the moment I left! Dr. Szeles staff is just a really nice group of people who are extremely personable and make you feel comfortable immediately. Dr. Szeles is a great eye doctor, he is very pleasant to talk to, he explains everything he will be doing and he figured out what was going on with my eye and immediately took action and sent me to an eye surgeon who was just as nice as he is! I would recommend Dr. Szeles to anyone looking for a great eye doctor with a great office staff!!

I always look forward to my visit with my eye Dr. and his friendly staff. You are always greeted kindly and professionally when you arrive. The Dr. is amazing and I have recommended him to others. The staff even helped to give directions to a new patient that was lost then apologized to having me wait! Wow, now that’s great customer service skills! What an incredible doctor! We are traveling and I was having complications from a prior cataracts surgery. Dr. Szeles had shut down his office due to a water main break, but he waited for us to arrive. It's the best combo in the world....an extremely gifted doctor who also truly cares about people...even the ones he's never met!

Floaters appeared in my eye so I went on Dr. Szeles' site to read about it and request an appointment. First thing the next morning, Leah called to schedule & within hours Dr. Szeles examined both eyes. Everyone is professional & friendly. I rate this practice 10 out of 10. The front end staff was very helpful and friendly. The Tech was friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. She did the testing and screening without hesitation and with great expertise. Dr. Szeles was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and asked as well as listened to my concerns. He offered several different options to address the problems that I presented, and explained everything in a manner that was easy to understand. I did not feel rushed at any time and left the office knowing that I was in good hands. I only had 1 visit so far and have already recommended Dr. Szeles to a friend.
